The Kansas Department of Transportation has announced that 77 local road and bridge improvement projects will be receiving funding as part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (or economic stimulus) funds. KDOT received more than 400 project requests. We are happy to announce that Wellington will be receiving funding for its culvert replacement on Hillside Street project.
