Chad Bartelson was presented a plaque February 3rd at the Oxford City Council meeting by David Carr, Chairman of the Sumner County Economic Development Commission (SCEDC). The plaque was present to Mr. Bartelson in appreciation of his service on the SCEDC Board of Directors from 2003-2008. Mr. Bartelson first served as a representative of the 3rd County Commission District and later was appointed to serve on behalf of the City of Oxford. During his tenure on the Board, Mr. Bartelson also served as the Chairman of the SCEDC.
